House Calls
Our physicians understand what it’s like to be a new parent. Don’t stress about packing up to go to the pediatrician, let us come to you. We provide house calls for all families for the first two checkups for no additional fee.

Once your child turns 1 month old, house calls are available for Bloom at Clinic members for an additional fee.
All visits occur in your home with the Bloom at Home membership.
Same or Next Day Sick Visits
We know that kids always seem to get sick when traditional doctor’s offices aren’t open. We will always accommodate families who need to be seen quickly.
Your membership includes:
•Stitches
•Staples
•Strep tests
•Flu tests
•COVID tests
•RSV tests
•Everything else we do in office. Anything that is sent out (labs or imaging), we discuss the cash price, such as $13 for a lead test or $30 for a chest xray, before ordering or it can be billed through your insurance!
Don’t stress about your child getting sick again. Our physicians will ensure they’re well taken care of.
Wellness Checks
Because there will be no other patients scheduled with your physician during your visit, you can trust that our office will be a calm and safe place for your child, no matter their temperament or diagnosis. At each checkup, our physicians will explore your concerns (including sleep issues, parenting strategies, behavior concerns, and potty training - just to name a few!), and discuss the most effective ways to prevent and minimize disease. During and between wellness checks, we will manage long term conditions like diabetes and ADHD.
Wellness checks include:
•A thorough history and physical while going over all health issues in detail
•Developmental screenings at specific ages according to the AAP
•Routine or customized immunizations* though we always recommend the CDC schedule
We will see all patients according to the AAP schedule until they reach the age of 22 years and then assist them in transitioning to the adult healthcare world.
*Vaccines will be billed to your insurance through VaxCare if they are in network. If they are not in network, we will work together for the most cost effective solution. We are also members of the VFC Program for children who are uninsured, on health sharing plans, or on Medicaid.
Lactation Support
Dr. VanGundy has extensive knowledge in breastfeeding and can provide lactation support. She can manage most breastfeeding issues during your visits.
Some common conditions she sees and treats are:
•Latching difficulties
•Weight gain issues
•Tongue tie
In addition, she can revise anterior tongue ties if needed.
Bloom At Clinic
Birth to 2 years: $150 a month
*all visits until 1 month wellness check are in your home for no additional cost
2 to 5 years: $110 a month
5 and older: $75 a month
Max family price: $450 a month
Bloom At Home
Birth to 2 years: $300 a month
2 to 5 years: $200 a month
5 and older: $150 a month
Max family price: $900 a month
There is a 20% discount on the total fee for a family of 3 or more
Additionally, there is a one time non-refundable enrollment fee of $100 for a single child or $150 total for a family (2 or more children)
