Bloom Everywhere
Virtual care. Individualized care. Everywhere.
Have you been wanting to join, but you live too far away? You want more specialized care? Maybe you can’t bear the thought of leaving your pediatrician. That’s the relationship we hope everyone has with their doctor! We also know, however, that most doctors in insurance based practices don’t have the ability to text their patients for all parenting concerns. We wanted to make that a resource for everyone. No more depending on google for answers. We have two options for those residing in, or who can travel to, Kansas and Missouri.

What is it?
Think of it as a doctor in your pocket. We are here to answer all your questions related to parenting, sleep, starting solids, illness, vaccines, milestones, you name it. Text us in our secure app whenever something comes up. Schedule video visits when you need them. We always promise same or next business day virtual visits. If you don't see any availability for an appointment, text us. We'll find one. We do not do in-person for Bloom Everywhere.
What are the hours?
8 am to 6 pm Monday - Friday. We respond to all messages during business hours as soon as possible. After hours and weekends are based on the availability of our physicians, but will always respond as quickly as we're able.
What does it cost?
$100 a month for the first child, $50 for the second child, and $25 for each additional child.
How do you listen to lungs, check for ear infections, or test for the flu?
We have the option for members to purchase the Nonagon, a device that allows us to connect and get important information such as oxygen saturation, heart rate, record heart and lung sounds, look in ears and throats, and more! We also have the option to purchase age appropriate testing kits such as flu, COVID, RSV, and mono! Our goal is to keep you at home if at all possible.
How much is the Nonagon and testing kits?
The Nonagon is a one time fee of $150 to purchase the device (1 device is needed per family). The testing kit for 5 and under is $150 per kit and includes 5 Flu tests 3 RSV tests 5 COVID tests 1 bottle of 100 urine test strips (smallest amount available). The testing kit for 6 and older is $125 per kit and includes 5 Flu tests 5 Strep tests 5 COVID tests 1 bottle of 100 urine test strips (smallest amount available).
Are the Nonagon and testing kits required to join?
These are absolutely not required, but will help me do a better job keeping you home! If, for example, you're concerned your child has an ear infection, strep throat, or pneumonia, I cannot diagnose any of these virtually (and therefore cannot treat virtually!). If I had these kits and the Nonagon, however, I could!
Do I have to enroll all my kids?
Nope. We can only care for the children who are enrolled, however. Even if the entire family has the same illness, we can only treat those who are members.
Who can be seen?
Currently, we are only accepting pediatric patients who are living in, or can be seen in (like driving to a parking lot in one of the states if you don't live here), Kansas and Missouri. We are primarily geared toward children under 10, but love seeing all kids until they turn 18. We hope to add adult care soon! We will add more state licenses depending on interest.
Do I need the one-time visit below if I'm a member?
Nope! If you are a member, you text or call your physician when you need them. They will ensure you are seen virtually that day or the next.
Why do I need this?
If you hate depending on urgent cares, ERs, google, a wish and a prayer, or other walk-in clinics, this should be a good choice to save you time, save you money, and avoid unneccessary exposure to other illnesses.
Are you my primary care physician if I enroll?
Nope! As this is only for virtual care, we can't do in-person exams (obvi!) So you will need to keep your doctor for well-checks, anything that requires an in-person visit, immunizations, and all forms for school.
What do you not provide?
In-person visits are not included. We also do not provide services such as immunizations, well-checks, or referrals not directly related to a disease or concern we have diagnosed. All school forms, physicals, and other documentation will need to be completed by your pediatrician as we cannot legally sign those without an in-person exam . We also do not provide in-depth mental health care. If you would like mental-health care for things like anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, OCD, and more, please visit our mental health page.
Can I cancel if I don't like it?
Of course! All we need is a written form of communication and you will no longer be charged. You will continue to have care through the end of your payment period.
