Flu vaccine

Nasal spray for 2 years - 49 years old

Injection for 6 months to 64 years old

RSV antibody

All infants under 8 months

Infants 8-19 months with a documented indication from their own pediatrician.

COVID

6 months through adulthood

There will be no charge for anyone 18 years or under who has Medicaid, is American Indian/Alaska Native, or is uninsured.

Children and adults with private insurance must be in-network with VaxCare. The full list of accepted insurance companies will be available on the sign-up page.

Uninsured adults or children/adults out-of-network with VaxCare must pay for each vaccine prior to administration:

Flumist (nasal spray): $30

Flu injection: $25

RSV antibody: $475

COVID: $125

RSV qualifying indications for 8-19 months

  1. Chronic lung disease of prematurity requiring medical support

  2. Severe immunocompromise

  3. Certain children with cystic fibrosis

  4. American Indian and Alaska Native children

  5. Children born preterm before 32 weeks’ gestation

  6. Children with significant congenital heart disease

  7. Children with certain anatomic pulmonary abnormalities or neuromuscular disorders

  8. Children with Down syndrome or certain other chromosomal differences

Our physicians cannot clarify qualifying conditions for children outside our practice.

Written documentation from the child’s physician of the qualifying indication must be provided to Bloom prior to confirming your appointment.
