Our fall vaccine clinic will be happening!

Clinics will be on:

Friday, October 10th from 11 am until 2:30 pm

Saturday, October 11th from 8 am until 3 pm

Key things to note:

  • I will be offering COVID vaccines to all eligible individuals 6 months and older.

    • Eligible conditions are listed in the table at the bottom of the page.

    • If you or your child do not have a qualifying condition, consulting with me at your appointment to determine if this is appropriate will allow them to receive one.

    • If you are receiving a COVID vaccine, it should be 3 months or more since your last vaccine (or 4-6 months from your last infection).

  • I will be offering flu vaccines for all those 6 months and older

    • If you are 65 years or older, you must get a different flu vaccine than what I carry so I will not be able to provide that.

    • Flumist (nasal spray flu vaccine) is available for all those age 2 years to 49 years.

  • I will be offering the RSV antibody (Beyfortus) to all children 0-7 months (must be less than 8 months old) and infants 8-19 months with a documented medical indication from their pediatrician. Please contact your own pediatrician to ask if your child qualifies - I will not be providing qualification proof for anyone who is not my patient for RSV.

    • I do not carry the RSV vaccine for adults or pregnant people so that will not be available.

  • Reminder - if this is your child's first year receiving a flu or COVID shot, they will get 2 shots separated by 4 weeks. I will be offering the 2nd dose for no charge for all those children.

  • You do not have to be a member of Bloom to get vaccinated.

  • There is no charge for children under 18 years old who meet all age/eligibility requirements. There is no charge for adults with private insurance.

  • If you are an uninsured adult, flu shots will be $50 each and $250 for COVID
